1.What is the difference b/w pallet liquidation and closeouts?

A. Pallets liquidation are typically customer returns, overstock or boxes that have cosmetic damage but new inside. Closeouts are usually companies that buy from other other companies that want to get rid of their excess inventory and are brand new, never used items. 

2. Where do you buy your pallets?

We have some private vendors we buy closeouts from and we buy direct from Target, Amazon, Sams Club and many others. 

3. Do you ship?

As of 4/3/2025 we are not set up for shipping just yet. We are currently working on the shipping process and will update as soon as we can. For now, please contact us to make shipping arrangements. 

4. How do I get my items if living local to Franklin County, Mo.

A. After purchasing an item, please contact us for arrangements to pick up item. 

We have meet ups at the following locations:

Tuesdays Washington, Mo at Lowes parking lot 5-6pm

Wednesday and Thursdays at Heartlands Parking lot Union, Mo from 5-7pm 

Any time that we are available at Leslie Dollar General or Beaufort Voss. 

5. Do you have a return policy?

A. We do have a guarantee 15-day return policy if an item does not work or item does not fit. We try to test as many appliances as we can or give a close look over at all the clothes we receive. However, some things will miss our initial checks. As long as the item is returned the same way you received it, we will give the refund back with proof of purchase. For clothes, the tags must still be on the clothes in order for us to take it back. 

6. Do you have a storefront or physical location?

At this time of 4/3/2025 we do not. We sell online only. 

7. Do you have a social media page we can follow?
